About the role We are looking for a Venue Manager to manage all aspects of the venue including its activities and the relationships between the venue and it's members, guests, employees, community, government and industry. You will ensure that the short, medium and long-term goals of the Strategic and Operations Plans are met. This involves a collaborative approach and leadership to organisational, cultural and structural change, service innovation, sustainability, operational efficiencies with special attention given to food and beverage, maximising member satisfaction, and business intelligence. Your Key Priorities will be: Strategy and Marketing. Assisting in the successful implementation of all marketing, promotion and member relations programs.
